I became so passionate about how much our lifestyle choices impact our health that I became a Personal Trainer, I got connected to the University of MN Center for Spirituality and Healing and really began the journey to true health. True health is not just about our diet and how much we move, it’s also about the quality of the relationships we develop, the genuine connections we make and our ability to handle stress and have compassion for ourselves.
